Eco House

This new building is positioned on the North side towards Higher Backway within the curtilage of The Bank compound site in Bruton. It provides supplementary accommodation and facility to support the main residential building. The proposal will incorporate best practice with regard to sustainability, environment and energy. The new building is laid out at ground floor with a long South facing room for large family events that can spill into the garden on the terrace area. Upstairs, there is a single spare bedroom planned with a bathroom and a study to allow the owners to use as a work-from-home study.

The project is currently within the Town Planning process with Somerset Council. A decision is expected in Autumn 2023
