Church Street Brighton

We were approached by the DML Group to explore a scheme to demolish a warehouse building and provide a high quality residential development in the heart of Brighton. The scheme includes the refurbishment of a large listed building and the creation of three new housing strands to provide a mix of residential units stepping in mass from five storeys in the South to fifteen storeys towards the North.

The tenure is varied and includes affordable homes.
